The Process
Every website project follows a proven design and development process, from discovery and strategy to visual design and development, and all the way to testing and launch. However, no two projects are exactly the same. The scope of work, complexity, and goals can influence the approach. A small landing page may move faster and skip certain steps, while a large multi-page website with advanced functionality may require deeper discovery, more design iterations, or extended development time. Below is the process that comes standard with the Pro Site pricing options (see pricing options below).
Discovery & Strategy
Establish requirements & structure.
Define sitemap and user flows.
Create low-fidelity wireframes for all key page, starting with the homepage.
Visual Design
Brand styles & design
(typography, color palette, imagery, icons and graphics).
High-fidelity mockups of homepage and core pages.
Responsive design system for mobile and tablet (sometimes this is done directly in the dev phase to save time).
Development
Custom development in Webflow with clean, scalable class structure.
CMS collections for blog, services, events, and other repeatable content.
